Once a cornerstone of downtown Lincoln’s past, the building at 14th & O has been thoughtfully revived as the Parrish Project — a creative hub rooted in history and built for the future. What began as an effort to preserve a historic structure has grown into a vibrant home for local artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs. Today, Parrish Studios continues to honor its legacy by inspiring connection, creativity, and collaboration in every corner.

The Parrish Project exists to support and amplify the voices of local creatives. We aim to:

• Provide affordable, inspiring studio and retail spaces for artists, musicians, and small businesses.
   
• Foster a dynamic, inclusive community that encourages artistic growth and interdisciplinary collaboration.
   
• Serve as a cultural anchor in the heart of Lincoln, connecting the public with the creative energy of our city.
   

At its core, the Parrish Project is about people — building a space where ideas come to life and creativity is part of the everyday experience.

Parking:

• Metered street parking is available along O Street and nearby side streets (free after 6pm on weekdays and all day Sunday).
   
• Public parking garages are just a short walk away — the closest is the University Square Garage at 101 N 14th Street. First hour is free!
   
• Limited bike racks are also available near the building.
   

Access Points:

• The main entrance is on O Street, marked by the large glass doors.
   
• During events like First Friday, additional access may be available via side entrances.
   
• The building is ADA accessible, with elevator access to all floors.
